Why does a small amount of debris fall out when I lift the vacuum out of the pool?

As the vacuum exits, gravity drains water, carrying debris not yet in the filter or chamber. Sometimes, debris prevents check valve closing, letting water and dirt escape. This is not a defect.

Is it Compatible with Standard Poles (1-1/4") and Does it Come with One?

Yes. It includes a telescopic pole that extends up to 87.5" with a universal 1-1/4" port. For larger or deeper pools, you can easily attach your existing pole for extra reach.

Why is a small amount of fine debris coming out of the outlet ports?

Particle Size: Fine debris (e.g., dust) is smaller than the current mesh.

- Fix: Two types of filters included. Switch to the fine mesh for small debris.

Filter Damage: Filter may be torn.

Why isn't the vacuum picking up debris?

Tilt Brush Head: Don't press too flat against the floor. Lift slightly to let debris in.

Slow down: Move gently. Moving too fast creates turbulence that pushes debris away.

Clean Filter: A full or clogged filter bag blocks suction. Empty it often.

How do I maintain my vacuum to maximize its lifespan?

Avoid Deep Discharge: Recharge before hitting 0%.

Cool Down: Wait 15–20 mins out of water before charging.

Store Properly: For long storage, keep charge at 50-60%, store in a cool, dry place.

Use Regularly: Operate occasionally, even in off-seasons.
